This is our Christmas version of Veggie Pizza.
It‘s cute finger food that works really well for Holiday gatherings.
It‘s cute finger food that works really well for Holiday gatherings.
We used our regular veggie pizza crust (ours is whole wheat and super simple), but you could use your own crust recipe. We rolled out the dough like you would when you make sugar cookies, then we used some of our Christmas cookie cutters to cut the crust dough into cookie shapes. We bake them on a greased cookie sheet at 350. When they are just starting to brown we took them out and let them cool. After they were cool enough not to melt the toppings we spread cream cheese and a drop or two of ranch dressing on the tops of each one. Add some broccoli, carrots, and top with shredded Cheddar Cheese. Tomatoes look nice too, but my kids won’t eat them.
Lay them in a large, flat Jelly-roll pan or plate for serving.

They are easy for children and guests to pick up and eat! They’re super tasty, too!
Here is our Veggie pizza crust recipe for anyone who’s interested:
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups water (might need a bit more)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Just mix it all together in a bowl.
After it’s mostly mixed you may need to use your hands
to finish mixing it well.
