Happy St. Lucia’s (Lucy) Feast Day!

Here is the recipe we used; the only thing I changed was that I added green food coloring to the icing. I also added red sprinkles and a few white candles.

  3. I am going to try to remember this post for next year. I didn't do much for St Lucia day this year. I think in future years, we will swap the Lady of Guadalupe with St Lucia day celebrations –making one \”big\” and one \”easy\”… On another note – I LOVE all your crafts and whatnot here. You are so talented, yet real.
